Work at Common Grounds Coffeehouse began in May of 2018 and continued through June of 2020. Promoted to the Social Media Liaison in November 2018 at the same time as becoming the Store Manager.
Duties of the Social Media Liaison included preparing and editing organizational publications for internal and external audiences, including social media posts on Facebook and Instagram and employee memos. Planned sales events and special offers to promote to internal and external audiences.
Increased engagement by 122% over a three month period (September 2019-December 2019).
